Owner financials that match statements, and a clearer Wallet

Archive or delete any record, and online rent for accepted leases

Collect deposits when you add a lease, and apply last month's rent
Adding a lease is now a five-step guided flow that can collect the deposit online. A last month's rent deposit can cover the final month, and emails look cleaner.

Tenants can propose ending a lease, and screening shows its status
Tenants on Ontario leases can now propose ending a lease by mutual agreement. Screening requests show when they're waiting, and list screens and inspections look cleaner.

Application links open for applicants, and a screening request fix
Applicants who aren't signed in can now open your shared application links. Screening requests also no longer fail when your profile has no phone number.

More reliable sign-up
Sign-up no longer carries on as if it worked when your new account can't be created, so you can simply try again.

Plans in Settings now load their prices from our billing system, so you always see current pricing, and older plans are still recognized as yours.

End leases with Ontario notices
You can now end a tenancy and serve Ontario termination notices from Kera. Tenants who showed as blank rows now appear by name.

Assign maintenance requests to teammates
