Start a rent increase from a lease. Kera suggests the new rent from the guideline rate, warns you about 12-month timing, fills in the N1 or N2 notice for you to review and sign, and tracks it until it takes effect.

A new Tasks section tracks to-dos with details, a category, priority, due date and an optional property or unit. View tasks as a list, a board or a calendar. You can also connect Google Calendar or Outlook Calendar in Settings.

Accounting now has a general ledger and chart of accounts, bills and invoices with recurring templates, owner balances and distributions, and bank feed review, so you can run your books in Kera. Where Accounting is turned on for your account.

From Reconciliation, generate a worksheet that sets the cash in your trust account against what you hold for owners and tenants, download it as a PDF and sign it off. Where Accounting is turned on for your account.

A new Notifications page lists everything you've been notified about, with filters by type and date.
