Archive, restore or delete almost any record, turn on online rent for leases your tenant already accepted, mark leases month-to-month, and tag and sort your properties.

Archive, restore or delete almost any record
Properties, units, tenants, owners, vendors, leases, maintenance requests, documents, announcements and more now have Archive and Delete in their actions menu. Archived records can be restored from an Archived view. If something blocks a removal, such as a live lease, Kera explains why.

Turn on online payments for an accepted lease
Leases your tenant already accepted can now switch to online rent from the lease page. Choose who pays and how, when billing starts, and whether to invoice earlier rent through Kera. You can also edit other lease details, with rent and term locked.

Mark a lease as month-to-month
For tenants · For owners
Choose fixed term or month-to-month when creating a lease, or mark an existing one from its Actions panel. Month-to-month leases show a badge and stay on their unit after the original end date instead of appearing ended.

Tag your properties and filter by tag
Create your own property tags in Settings, add them to properties, and filter the Properties list by one or more tags. Renaming a tag updates it everywhere it's used.
