Owners get their own portal, vendors get a directory, and Kai, the AI assistant, opens from any page. Organizations can also create custom roles.

For owners

Invite owners to a read-only portal with a dashboard, their properties, leases, maintenance requests, documents and financials. You also get an Owners list with a details page for each owner.

Keep a vendor directory and set preferred vendors
A new Vendors section lists your vendors, each with a details page. On a property, you can add the vendors you prefer to work with.

Ask Kai from any page
Kai, the AI assistant, opens in a panel from anywhere in the app. Answers can include tables and record cards, Kai asks before it changes anything, and a knowledge base in Settings gives it context about your business.
